En faisant régulièrement évaluer mes cours depuis 10 ans par les étudiants, je suis arrivée à repérer des mots clefs, qui me surprennent toujours, car ils sont plus du domaine de l’affectif que de celui de la didactique…. Mais qui me semblent refléter l’acceptation de l’effort de l’apprentissage par beaucoup d’étudiants qui suivent mes cours.

J’ai aussi mis du temps à prendre conscience que plus je me montrais exigeante mais capable d’empathie vis-à-vis des étudiants, tout en appliquant ce niveau d’exigence à moi-même (ponctualité, contenu du cours, mise à jour du contenu, etc.), plus les étudiants le considéraient comme une volonté de ma part de les aider à réussir et certains qui avaient pu « râler » devant certaines exigences, scoraient de manière positive le cours.
